When you submit a BuildLoan Self Build Mortgage Application and supporting information, we will:

• Contact your client to introduce ourselves and explain the full self build process
• Be on hand to help with any requirements the lender has at each stage of the process
• Package all relevant information for the lender
• Assist in obtaining and completing costings for their build
• Arrange and ensure timely release of funds into client’s account
• Manage the stage release process throughout.
