We currently employ over 100 staff between The National Self Build and Renovation Centre near Swindon and our Head office near Edinburgh.
Swindon Based
The National Self-Build and Renovation Centre is the only place in the UK where people can visit all year round if they are interested or actively involved in building or renovating their own home. We are currently looking for the following staff to in the team:

Livingston Based
Mortgage Advisors OTE £30k++
We need experienced CeMap qualified advisors to sell our range of mortgage products. Target-driven individuals will be rewarded with an uncapped bonus structure.
Trainee Advisors £attractive (dependant upon experience)
You'll receive specialist in-house training and support on all aspects of self build and renovation, and become CeMAP qualified (Certificate in Mortgage Advice & Practice), the industry-recognised qualification required for giving mortgage advice to the public.
Processing / Underwriting Staff £17-£20k
Handling mortgage applications, from initial application, through to offer, and completion of the property. Dealing with clients, brokers and lenders by telephone, email or letter to ensure each case is handled in the most timely, professional manner. Must have an understanding of the mortgage process, ideally with working experience. Excellent customer services skills and willingness to go that extra mile to meet client needs.
