Costings Forms
Your costings form is an important part of your mortgage approval process because it enables BuildStore to prepare a cashflow forecast illustrating the amount of money to be released at each build stage. BuildStore will verify your costings to ensure that the property you wish to build is within your budget, and construct the cashflow required for each stage of your project.
So that we can send you the correct form for your project, please complete this short form and we'll forward your costings form by return.
Stage Release Forms
If you are a current Accelerator client and are ready for a stage release you will need to complete a stage release request form which you can download from the link below. Please note that if you have taken a mortgage in joint names both parties must sign the request before returning it to us.
