ADVANCE (Short Term Finance) Build Stories

Building finance David & Susan Ash - Lambourn, Berkshire

BuildStore’s Advance provided the short term bridging finance for David and Susan Ash. They did not need long term borrowing as there was sufficient equity in their existing home to pay for the cost of their new home once their existing house was sold. However, they wanted to stay in their current house during the build as they ran their business from home.
