PlotSearch is an online resource for finding land, conversions and renovations for self builders, renovators and small-scale property developers.  If there's a plot of land, conversion or renovation for sale, we'll do our best to find and list it. We also locate larger plots of land with planning and divide them into self build plots and sell directly to individual homebuilders.

What’s in a detailed plot report?

Plot details include information about the site - its status, services and vendor information. There are aerial, area and street maps of the project showing its location and situation. Most plot details also include a picture of the opportunity. See an example of a detailed report

PlotSearch also lists development opportunities which have planning permission to build more than one house on a single site.
In the past these plot opportunities would have been out of reach of the self builder. PlotShare now gives you more opportunities to find land in the location you want to live in by helping individual self builders can come together to share a single site. What happens when I find land or a project I am interested in?

When you subscribe to PlotSearch you get access to detailed plot information which includes the vendor contact details. Simply give the seller a call to start the ball rolling. Some agents may ask you for a finders fee, check when you contact them.
