Plotsearch is a flexible service and you can choose from a variety of access packages – all offering fantastic value! To help you make a decision, here’s some information which describes the types of packages on offer and the benefits of each. Essentially, you can choose between an Annual Membership which allows you to view all opportunities on the database within the criteria you pay for; and Credits Packages which allow you to view individual reports from the database.

Lists sites which have planning to build between 1 and 4 dwellings on each site. These sites are suitable for self builders.
Developer’s Membership
Lists sites which have planning to build 5 or more dwellings on each site. These sites are suitable for developers of all sizes.
Universal Membership
Combines self build and developers together and allows members to view sites with planning to build any number of dwellings per site. |
