A PlotSearch subscription will allow you to search for plots, conversion and renovation projects throughout the UK, the majority of which have planning permission and are "genuine" building or renovation opportunities*
PlotSearch doesn't limit your search to certain areas allowing you to research the whole of the UK before you really start to look into your preferred area. We have 1000's of satisfied customers who have found land through PlotSearch and then used BuildStore's unique Finance packages to create their dream home. (If you use BuildStore Finance you will receive a full refund from your subscription.)
This subscription also includes our PlotAlert and PlotShare services** allowing you to define detailed search criteria and set up email alerts which will notify you as soon as we have found what you are looking for, giving you a head start on the competition for that elusive plot or property. PlotShare is an initiative which allows you to team up with other self builders and buy land with planning for up to four homes effectively making more land available to you.
