We're excited to announce that the home improvement experts from Homebase will also be taking part in the Renovating & Remodelling Weekend. Design expert Steve Gow will be discussing the ins and outs of kitchen and bathroom design in his seminar, giving advice on how to maximise the space available, get more from your budget and add value to your home.

Homebase have also arranged for their suppliers to come in and provide live demonstrations on tiling and flooring, giving visitors practical advice and useful tips to consider. Their unique Mobile Kitchen Design Centre will give you the opportunity to design a new kitchen or bathroom with expert assistance and the latest in design software. This will be situated outside by the garden centre.

Our BuildStore Expert takes you on a guided tour of the EDF Energy Renovation House, following its refurbishment step by step to see it transform from a cold, draughty wreck through to a modern des-res! The tours are repeated 3 x times per day, as follows:

We have a range of exhibits and expert advisors here permanently, though they are accompanied by more experts and features on weekend events such as Renovating & Remodelling. EDF Energy Renovation House
Take the audio tour around the EDF Energy Renovation House, following its refurbishment step by step to see it transform from a cold, draughty wreck through to a modern des-res.

Potton Zone
If you need to add space to the home you're renovating then be sure to check out Potton's Zone Studios - garden-sized studios that are ideal as home offices, playrooms or studios. The modular design means construction is rapid and problem free.

The Potton Show Home
A beautiful example of what's possible with a self build project. Timber frame company Potton have created this show home with a luxurious high-spec interior to give any would-be self builders out there the inspiration they need.

Wolseley Building
Our newest feature! The Wolseley Building is manned by its very own branch manager, Tony, who is able to look at plans, provide quotations and discuss project options with you. The Wolseley Building includes a Bathstore Showroom, a Moores Kitchen Showroom and a builders merchant area where you are able to place orders!

Trade Village
A permanent exhibitor area where our partners showcase their products, specific to the self build & renovation market.

Education Journey
Another audio education tour, this time around life-sized exhibits showing all the elements that go into building your own home. From drainage and services to picking roof tiles, the education journey will help you understand what's what.
