About Oliver Heath
Since winning the BBC Homefront Young Designer of the Year award in 1998, Oliver has been busy building his architecture and design practice as well as working on a variety of TV design shows including BBC Changing Rooms, BBC Home Front, Channel 4's From House To Home, and most recently Dream Homes for The Discovery Channel.

In 2005 Oliver was a founding member of the online store www.ecocentric.co.uk which specialised in well designed sustainable products for the home and lifestyle. Author of three design books, he is well known in the media for his views on the benefits of sustainable living and eco design. His most recent book - Urban Eco Chic (published by Quadrille 2008) describes the practical and aesthetic issues surrounding contemporary eco interiors and importantly shows how to achieve them. In recent years Oliver has acted as a media spokesperson for both the WRAP and the Energy Saving Trust, and has written for the Observer and Friends of the Earth, Earth Matters magazine.
