Held at the Swindon Self Build & Renovation Centre

About the Show

Self build and renovation has really taken off through the recession, as more and more people have realised the benefits of building – or rebuilding – their own homes. Aside from the cash incentive (building a home can be cheaper than buying one!), benefits also include having a home which is truly unique, designed to meet your needs, and brings with it a great sense of satisfaction.

Whether you’re interested in building your own home, doing some serious home improvements, renovating an older property to bring it back to life or converting a building to create a stylish new home, this is the Show for you!

The self build and renovation centre

Each day we’ll have 4 theatres featuring seminars from more than 25 specialists; live demos featuring key product installations; two sets of walking seminars; free appointments with over 20 different experts; over 200 companies showcasing their products in our exhibitor area, and that’s not even mentioning our permanent features which range from audio tours to show homes, a builders’ merchant area through to the Design Centre, amongst others.
