Self Build & Renovation Courses - back by popular demand!

The National Self Build & Renovation Centre are delighted to offer a series of 3-day courses in self build and renovation, aimed at those people contemplating undertaking a property-building project. Whilst primarily aimed at novices, those who have already started or completed a project will undoubtedly find the course useful too.

Covering 11 topics in total, the courses take the form of informal workshops and make use of the superb practical exhibits available in the Centre to provide attendees with a level of knowledge which guarantees their projects will go more smoothly.

Previous attendees have saved as much as £18,000 on their projects by following the advice of our lecturers.

Costs

Each course will cost £375 inc VAT, with a reduced cost of £335 if you pay no later than one month before the course starts. Please note that a maximum of 20 delegates will be enrolled for each course and that full payment will be required to secure a place. Please see below for booking information.

Included In The Cost

Comprehensive course notes, folders, writing pad and pens will be provided for each delegate. The cost also includes a buffet lunch, refreshments, and the opportunity to speak to BuildStore advisors re finance, materials buying, land & project finding.

When & Where

The courses will take place in the National Self Build & Renovation Centre; which is located in Lydiard Fields, Swindon - close to J16 of the M4. Please click here for directions.

Each day will start at 9.30am and finish no later than 5pm, with a buffet lunch provided for delegates on each day.

Accommodation

Accommodation is not included in the course costs, but is available locally if required, with Premier Travel Inn, Hilton National and Holiday Inn Express hotels situated within a few minutes' easy walk of the Centre.
