| After the disappointment of the Newbury Show, we were very sceptical about a trip even further away to Swindon. Everything we saw and heard, from the Seminars through the exhibits, trade stands and the Tommy Walsh presentation was fabulous. Just what prospective Self Builders like us need to fire our imagination, we left feeling inspired. |

This was extremely beneficial information and your experiences added significantly to improving our knowledge on the subject. We live in Maidstone, Kent and have just arrived back from a visit to your centre. We would like to say what a brilliant exhibition you have. We enjoyed going around the Restoration House and the other displays. The headsets were a great advantage. We are in the process of digging out under our lounge to make a studio and found lots of companies that we would never have known existed, that have the products that we need, to successfully complete our project.
We also found the staff especially Tony Haggar who greeted us at the door with such a friendly manner, very pleasant and helpful.We wish you every success and only wished we had a centre like this in our area. |

| Visited the centre on 13th May and thoroughly enjoyed it. Everything was well laid out and the Renovation house was very very clever. The visit kept my parents entertained all day and they are still enthusing about it now. Well done to all. |

I attended your Centre on Saturday 12 with my husband & my son & his partner. We had a very informative day and were extremely impressed with the friendliness & helpfulness of ALL of your staff.
We will certainly return once we have found land on which to build and will definitely both be using a Potton Design.
Thanks again for your professionalism which unfortunately is usually sadly lacking in today's world of business. |

I want to pass on my very
sincere thanks for making our outing to the Centre a great success. As
potential but nervous homebuilders, we could have not been greeted by a more
helpful, encouraging and thoroughly professional bunch of staff. Each and
every one of them went out of their way to make us feel welcome and to
answer our questions in an open and constructive manner.
We have not yet put our foot on the ladder, but your organisation has
confirmed to us that it is something we will do in the not too distant
future. We will definitely be visiting again, and recommending you to our
friends and colleagues.

| We visited your new centre on Friday and I would like to say what a fantastic place it is. We're currently about to start a new build, so we found the technical areas superb. We’ve been talking to several mates this weekend and have advised them that a visit to your centre is a must. Well done for creating a superb centre and all the best for the future. |

| We visited your centre yesterday and were very impressed. We had plenty of time to look at everything we wanted. The staff were very friendly - good customer service makes such a difference after a 2 hour drive! Thank you for a good day, we have lots to think about now that we have a lot more knowledge! |

| We recently visited the National Build and Renovation Centre and was amazed at the amount of detailed knowledge available. We attended the lectures and learned so much. We will definitely be going again soon because there was not enough time to take in everything. I would recommend it to anyone who is interested in self build as it will really inspire you to get started. |

| I have just spent a day at the Centre and cannot speak highly enough of the quality of the exhibits and the excellent speakers in the Seminars we attended. we arrived just after 10am when they opened and were one of the last to leave at closing time at 6pm! We learned so much and now feel much more confident about building the extension to our house. Would recommend the Centre to anyone interested in building, extending or renovating. |
