Bradford''s regeneration attracting new residents

Regeneration in the northern city of Bradford means that the town has become a far more attractive place to live and to build yourself a home, according to one expert.
Salim Khan is the spokesperson for a Bradford-based estate agents called Meridian Property Management and he says that prices are increasing significantly on last year.
Residents are attracted to low prices and the proximity of the city to its more prosperous neighbour Leeds, which is less than ten miles away.
He recommended "the upmarket areas in Bradford which are all close to the city centre in places such as Great Horton, Little Horton and the city centre and the best buy at the moment is a terraced house".
Even less upmarket areas are becoming popular with Canterbury and Ravenscliff attracting everyone from Irish investors to Southern property tycoons.
Bradford is close to green space in the form of Ilkley Moor, has the most visited museum outside of London (the National Museum of Photography, Film and Television) and is one of the top six cities in the UK for potential economic growth.
