Exhibition for self-builders in March

If you are looking for some advice or inspiration regarding embarking on a self-build property or a home renovation then perhaps a visit to the National Homebuilding and Renovating Show will suffice.

Held at the National Exhibition Centre in Birmingham from March 22nd to 25th, the show is in its 15th year and attracts some 50,000 visitors each year.

This year''s show will feature exhibits on eco-homes and services because there seems to be increasing consumer demand for information on these topics.

Also included are the Period Living Pavilion, the Move or Improve Pavilion and the T3 Smart Home Show.

The latter is dedicated to integrating smart home solutions and technology into the average British home while Improve or Move tackles how to create extra space by re-modelling your home.

Meanwhile period features are restored in the Period Living Pavilion for those renovating older properties.

A beginner''s guide to self-build and master classes on practical improvements you can make will also be given.
