Seaside apartments appealing

Boscombe's £20 million luxury apartment development, The Reef, is proving to be extremely popular with buyers, with £14 million worth of apartments being sold in no more than two months, a rate of two a week.
London buyers looking to purchase a second home, or invest in property have shown a lot of interest in the apartments. Penthouses, ranging from £500,000 to £925,000, have garnered particularly strong interest among potential buyers.
"We are proud of this luxury development and expected interest to be high," Massoud Yeganegy, managing director of Roxan Construction, the firm that developed The Reef, told the Dorset Daily Echo. "Buyers in the area are recognising that Boscombe is up and coming."
The Reef is made up of 56 two and three bedroom apartments and penthouses, which are situated on the South Coast, near to Bournemouth.
A number of regeneration plans have been implemented to revive Boscombe over the last five years. Along with the development of an artificial reef that will generate waves along the coast, the Pier and Opera House are currently being renovated.
