Self builders can get 'a bigger plot' for their money

Buyers in the current property market are now able to get more for their money, it has been claimed.

Diane England, a property expert for Persimmon, suggests that now is a "good time to buy" despite the negative media attention that surrounds the property market.

She claims that says that despite the doom and gloom can now "get a bigger house" for their money and the same notion could be extended to plots of land.

David Bates, business development manager at dandara suggests that "location is everything" when it comes to purchasing a plot and he believes there are a number of great deals out there, providing buyers do their homework.
