wanted to do a self build, however finding
a plot was proving very difficult. They spent a lot of
time trawling local estate agents, checking local newspapers
and then visiting plots which turned out to be in unsuitable
locations. On visiting a self build show in Birmingham
they visited Plotsearch and subscribed
that very day. They soon found a plot within a small development
of five houses in Aberfan, Merthyr Vale, with beautiful views
of the valley and surrounding countryside.
