Loans are not based on your income. What we will want to see is your ability to cover the deposits required and in most cases your ability to cover interest payments. We will consider all developments and there is no minimum or maximum loan size.

  • Lending of up to 75% of the plot or property price or valuation (whichever is lower) or even up to 100% (subject to suitable collateral) is available

  • Lending on plots with outline or detailed planning permission

  • Finance if you have adverse credit
  • Assistance with commercial development appraisals to ensure projects are viable
  • No maximum loan size (minimum loan size is £50K)
  • Loan period is typically between 6-12 months but can be extended
  • The customer and amount of security available drive the maximum loan to final value (LTV) released on the project.
  • Additional borrowing available during project
  • With some schemes interest can be rolled up during the project.
  • Flexible with adverse credit

  • We will consider single property developments and multiple sites of any size.
