Self Build Case Study
In May’s edition of Self Build & Design magazine, Adrian Howson recalls how, as a first time self builder, embarking on a self build felt like a scary thing to do. But a practical approach to the project, which saw him install most of the ducting, insulation and pipework himself, ensured that he and wife Sophie ended up with a three storey house they are proud to call home. Adrian also discusses how BuildStore came to the rescue when a large building society let him and wife Sophie down:
“One large building society, which had previously indicated that we would qualify, in the end declined to offer us a mortgage, Thankfully BuildStore came to the rescue with an interest-only mortgage”
