Description

Reporting to the IT Manager, the Digital Marketing Manager will support the Marketing Team with the delivery of the digital activation plans, which will range from B2B communication pieces through to consumer engagement initiatives and internal employee communication plans.

Working with the Marketing Manager, the Digital Marketing Manager will plan and execute all digital marketing activation, including SEO, eCRM campaign build, distribution and reporting, display advertising campaigns, incl PPC, Google ads, FB ads.

The Digital Marketing Manager will support the Marketing Team by scheduling the social media content calendars on each social media channel, ensuring maximised post performance by recommending hashtag options and tagging tactics. Acting as a community manager, the Digital Marketing Manager will actively monitor all the company’s social media pages to ensure maximised user engagement and highlight any areas for concern, with the overarching objective to design, build and maintain relevant social media presence.

The Digital Marketing Manager will support the Marketing Department by creating landing pages, evaluating new technologies and measuring and reporting on the effectiveness of the marketing campaigns against the agreed objectives, goals and KPIs. Through monthly analytical reports, the Digital Marketing Manager will work with the Marketing Managers (B2B and B2C) to identify trends and optimise spend and performance based on the insights gathered. Through their analytical ability, the Digital Marketing Manager will evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points, suggest new ideas and contribute to the Marketing Team’s overall objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing
  • 3-5 years’ experience gained in digital marketing
  • Good understanding of digital marketing channels, KPIs, and reporting
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Enthusiastic and energetic
  • Strong analytical and commercial skills
